Ontario Government of Canada tries to frame and smear Anthony Brina for $40,000

The Family Responsibility Office (FRO) of the Ontario Government of Canada is harbouring a gangstalking perpetrator who is trying to frame Anthony Brina for wrongdoing and is accusing him of owing near $40,000.

An investigation into this case with the FRO by the office of the Ombudsman of Ontario has shown that a representative of the FRO has lied again about government procedures and is trying to manipulate the case of Anthony Brina.

Anthony`s case with the FRO has lasted several years after which time he returned to Canada, having initially fled to escape overwhelming gangstalking, to resolve the matter. Upon his return to Canada Anthony found the gangstalking continued and he would not be permitted to keep gainfull career employment and that the FRO was using electronic surveillance of his personal conversations to manipulate him in his case with them.

Anthony had complied with all requests by the FRO`s Irene who was assigned to his case. Irene is the name of a past romance of Anthony`s, which the FRO`s perpetrator took to help sway Anthony to believe her duplicity in explaining government procedures in his case. In complying with all FRO requests Anthony had completed the necessary documents complete with all required information.

The email shown below by the office of the Ombudsman of Ontario shows that Irene of the FRO was again lying about past ocurrences in the case and is asking for the same documents be submitted.

This email is in response to your initial request submitted to our office through our email system on January 19, 2007 and further to your subsequent emails. You indicated in your March 1, 2007 email to me that you had provided information to the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) to address why you were unable to meet your child support obligations, but that an agent, Irene, had told you the FRO cannot apply to the courts on your behalf. When I inquired about the status of your case, the FRO advised me that the court order currently in place sets your monthly support payments at $564.80; and that arrears in the case currently stand at $39,384.00. The function of the FRO is to enforce court orders for support. It cannot represent a payor before the court. Only the court may change a support order or reduce the amount of arrears that may have accumulated under an existing order. If your financial circumstances have changed, you may seek a variation to your court order. You may wish to visit the FRO's website, at www.theFRO.ca, for more information about how to amend a court order for support: on the website, you may click on "fact sheets", which will take you to a screen that includes a fact sheet specifically titled "Changing Support Orders." As explained in the Ontario Ombudsman`s email, Irene of the FRO is asking that Anthony seek a Variation to the court order for his case. The document at the top of this blog is a Variation Application which Anthony had initially submitted over one year earlier. Also shown at the top of this blog is the signed page of the Variance Application by Anthony Brina and an Attorney at Law who personally submitted the documents to the FRO.

Note that; Anthony has been out of Canada for several years thereby making him a foreign resident and is not required to file income taxes as per Canadian law. Despite this, Irene has asked for income information in the Application, for time he was out of Canada, which he is not required to provide. This perpetrator, Irene, is violating Canadian laws to smear Anthony Brina and hold him accountable for this matter when he is not responsible.
